Lee was first handed the punishment for throwing at Diamondbacks catcher Chris Snyder during a game this spring. He appealed it in a two-hour chat with MLB officials last week and was successful in having the entire suspension thrown out. The 2008 AL Cy Young Award winner is scheduled to throw a simulated game Tuesday afternoon and is hoping to join the Mariners in early May. He's been sidelined by an abdominal strain.
