Both passed :103631605

Massachusetts

Question 2: Remove the threat of arrest or jail for possessing an ounce or less of marijuana, replacing it with a $100 fine, which could be paid through the mail without lawyers or court appearances, just like a speeding ticket.

Michigan

Proposal 1: Permit terminally and seriously ill patients to use medical marijuana with their doctors' approval.

A Medical Marijuana initiative has never been defeated.
Decriminalization of possession is another story.

Massachusetts now the 14th state that has decriminalized minor possesion of MJ. 12 of them got the job done in legislature and/or via initiative in the late 70s and early 80s.

I knew all that. I actually expected the Mass. initiative would pass as the non-binding shit has been passed multiple times by big margins if I remember correctly.

Heres one Repub checking in with approval.

Drug war is a damn shame...all the way across the board.

True madness...don't even get me started about no knock warrants, and out of control SWAT actions. :ohno:

Depends on the circumstance...if its because I'm driving along at night....and the cop hasn't hit his DUI quota yet...no.

If I just came from a Mosque known for plotting a Fort Dix bombing...maybe.
