Finally, the real opening day has arrived. Baseball has always been my favorite sport to wager, even after last year when I had my worst year in the last 10 at least. It's a new season and I feel fresh and ready to go. I have been posting across the street for years, but thought maybe a change would do me well. I've posted here before, just not regularly. We will see how it goes.
A couple of things about the way I play/post. I use unit risk amounts and for every 4u I post that equals an actual 1 unit. I do that to avoid decimals as much as possible. I'm a small player nowadays, as I'm retired, and it's done largely for entertainment and to keep my mind sharp. I play 4 offshore books, mostly on straight plays at reduced juice. One unit for me is 2.5% of my bank, and I adjust unit value every Monday on balance. But like I say, 4u posted = 1 real unit wagered.
I play on trends, largely trying to back the hot teams/starters and try to find dogs to back when possible. I do maintain a model, but don't really use it for the first couple weeks. I use quite a bit of SDQL and will post lots of stats here, but not every day. More of that will come after a week or so. I hope everyone can enjoy the season and make so cash.

Strange stat I noticed it short home chalk of less than 155 has been a decent fade over the last few years for the first 5 games. The first game only barely profitable but the next 4 games it's worth note imo.
