I emailed Mansion and they stated they do not charge fees for Neteller deposits and withdrawals but Neteller may charge. How does this work? Bottom line am I going to have to pay any fees??

By that i think they mean InstaCash fees. Just regular neteller transactions are free. Deposits and withdrawls. and you get as many free withdrawls as you want a month i'm pretty sure.
