The newest thing i have seen are those spanish guys that wait for work by the local 24 hour store, and they are all playing scratch offs while they wait for work. You know one of them heard of a guy that made a few thousand once and now they only blow their 100 bucks a week salary on scratch offs not knowing how bad the deck is stacked against them. Too funny! Great quote! In Morristown Nj every day i see hundreds of
illegals outside and i do every now and than see them rubbing off lotto tickets. I can only smile!! :}

I'm a lotto fiend. Just checked the website and realized only 5% of one ticket is left with all the top prizes and almost 700 $500 ones. It's a $1 ticket so I bought 8.

Won on two of them for $2 and $6. Won my money back but no jackpots.

Funny thing is the Michigan Lottery revenues are for education. Our schools have never been worse off. Spending is lower per student than last year.

Same in Cali. I don't know where the money is going, but it isn't going to education.
