I remember meeting a guy that had over 15 DUI's... this was back in the 90's and he got the book thrown at him on the 15th one. I guess in the 70's they handed out DUI's like they were no big deal.

I was pulled over 3-4 times in high school and college, and the cops "confiscated my beer/wine coolers... lol,,, then let me go,,
