i get beat in the worst ways i have ever seen.....have Louisville under the second half....Louisville up 6, Florida misses shot with 7 seconds left, Louisville gets rebounds, stands in corner with ball, 5 seconds go off on clock, guy from Florida just basically hugging the Louisville player, the call foul with 1.1 seconds left, those 2 ft's put the total over by 1 point.....

and that wasnt the worst....

have Ga. Tech -14.5, Tech leading by 15, STl misses their shot, 25 seconds left, Ga Tech basically dribbling it out, defense just standing around, guy dribbles ball along endline, and purposely runs right into a Stl player, who isnt even trying to defend at this point, of course he loses the ball, Stl player picks it up, travels, and goes down court and gets fouled makes both shots, and Ga Tech dribbles it out......

I wouldnt care so much, just losing, hell it happens all the time, but these freaky ways that always "go against" me, instead of 50.50, are really getting old...

BUCS-

Just by posting this here, indicates you are thinking to much on this.

As a friend, my tip to you is put it out of your memory as quickly as possible.

Very hard to do until you learn to condition yourself to do this every time you suffer a bad beat.

This will not be the last bad beat you have, there will be MANY MANY MANY more.

Concentrate on the tasks ahead!

Very good advice..

With every bad beat, there's a fluke win, Just have to take them as them come and move on,Like STRUT888/FISHHEAD stated.

You how I have learned to soften the heartache of bad beats in basketball?? Just dont watch the game or the score. Just check the score after the game and see if you won, then you dont have to know how you lost

Wow D/D, those might rank #1, #2, #3, as the most intellectual and insightful posts u have ever made....

luckily for me, i didnt have to bounce any checks, or scam anyone to get those plays in, so its all good....

but thanks for your usual "informative" commentary....

Bucsfan,

I had that Florida 2nd half under 78 as well.

I also had Missouri + 5 and Under 151 . They were both winners and I lost them both in OT. If the game gets called 5 minutes early its NO ACTION --- If they play 5 OT'S all the points count. Where is the logic in that ????

The worst beat of the day would have to be anyone who had Arizona from -10.5 to -12. Arizona up 14 with around 4 seconds left when Marquette hit a 3 and got fouled and made the FT to lose by 10...fortunately I had Arizona -9 and Marquette +12 so I'll not complain.

Better to get badbeated on a clean $3.33 suicide parlay than a dirty $333 one.

Idaho +12
Wash. St. +2
Avs -0.5 -187
& o5 2.0

stake: 20.00
payout: $272.56

And that is it. That takes me to (-)$290. Won't go any farther down than that if I lose, and even if I win I have two full weeks to either blow or BLOW my balance because that was on a cash direct EFT.

Fukk it. Was going to pay another $28 overdraft fee anyway. I'm only losing the deposits on these because I'll be able to "cover" it on Tuesday.

It doesn't matter if I win or lose. I know I am going to have to regroup going into next year. I'll get this thing right one of these days, and when I do it's gonna be payback time for all those assholes who dissed and pissed on me...
