Woman has sex and gets pregnant. Our government does not impose any requirments on her whatsoever. If she doesnt feel like carrying the baby to term she is allowed to murder it and call it her choice.

Even though he had nothing to do with the childs conception our government forces him under threat of imprisonment to pay outrageous support payments to the woman who cheated on him.
You just have to love the "equality" that men have in any child related issues.

When i divorced in the mid 90's the only question that I had to take the stand for was, since my Son was born before we wed, Did i want to get a blood test to make sure it was my child. I refused, so I suppose now that if I found he was not my child, I still have responsibility.
Makes a little more sense why the Judge keyed in on that.

I would hate being in jail orprison. I have never been arrested even for a night but I am sure its a terrible place, but I swear to god I would let them lock me up before I would pay her a penny.
I guess he is lucky she only had other mens babies 3 times - If she had done it a couple more times he would have to get another job.

Here's a suggestion: once the poor bastard no longer has to pay child support due to the children reaching majority age, automatically garnishee the ex-wife's salary from THEN ON (when she has no legal obligation to provide for the children) in some amount and give the monthly payments to the husband until such time as his past support payments are equalled - sure, probably he'd never get all of it back but at least you'd hold that cheating bitch accountable for her actions without harming the children - assuming you buy this judge's BS in the first place. Also, get a civil judgement against her that would cause a lien to be placed against her house (if she had one), so he could also get a taste of that. That bitch forced him into this situation by lying and cheating, as well as exposing him to possible venereal diseases - theft by deception.
Sorry for those of you in NJ, but I couldn't stand that state's government (left out in 1997) nor it's judgements - one of them that this topic reminded me of was the one where the judge ruled that the ex-husband had to pay for a 4 year college degree for his kid at the college of the kid's choice! WTF!!!??? When is it a RIGHT of a child to have the parent be forced to pay for a ****ing college degree??? And at a college the kid can choose???

another suggestion could be to force the woman to get a job. She was not working anywhere. Also, she could be forced to reveal the Names of the real fathers. I would hope she was only cheating on her husband with 1 man during the time of conception, therefore she should know the real fathers identity. She prefers to get support from her ex husband because he makes more money. Either of those 2 suggestions would be OK but this ruling should scare any man because it could happen to you. It makes me sick that the court orders him to pay support for kids that arent his - and than takes away his parental rights because he told them the truth about their parentage.
By the way, I have heard of the father being forced to pay for the kids college many times. I agree that is BS. When the kid turns 18 the kid does not have any entitlment from the parents anymore. It would be nice for the dad to pay it if he can, but it shouldnt be something he is forced to do.
Agreed about college - my point is that it is ALWAYS optional in normal situations, but when the court gets ahold of it, it became mandatory. Ridiculous.
As far as your other points, they are valid. Too ****ing bad if the unknown father(s) don't like it - I'd say slap some child support on them and reduce appropriately the non-biological father's payments by the same amount. Those guys got off scot-free as well as the wife, and the good guy is left to carry the load, one he never gave her in the first place!!!
