I was close to posting a lean on them but I don't completely trust Fister as a road favorite for a few reasons and as far as favorites are concerned I leaned to the Indians instead. Seattle has been playing well as of late winning their last 5 games while the Tigers have struggled losing 7 of their last 10 games and in the process losing their stranglehold on the division and now find themselves on the outside looking in at a wild card berth. The Mariners have a their ace on the bump tonight who has pitched extremely well as of late allowing 2 runs or fewer in his last 16 starts and the Mariners pitching staff hasn't allowed more than 3 runs in any of their last 13 games. The Tigers bullpen has also been pitched a lot of innings, specifically 31.0 in the last 7 days. The Kansas City Royals face a fly ball pitcher in Hughes tonight so I believe they should be able to use their speed and power to score a handful of runs. Ventura is 8-0 in 10 starts when his team has scored at least 3 runs for him and I believe that wont be a difficult feat for the Royals. I see excellent value with both plays, laying minimal juice with teams that are playing well. Good luck tonight.
