odds suck but if they lose, they should get rid of their baseball team cuz the pirates have traded away anyone with ANY HINT of talent other than snell and mclouth. and snell just pitched yesterday:nohead:

Pittsburgh has some talent. I'm going to be on Zona very small tomorrow only because Haren should be the NL Cy Young this year, but to say they have no talent is crazy. Two of the guys they traded Jason Bay for (Moss and LaRoche) homered in their first game with the club. The trades they made will make them a better team and they have some talented young kids. Doumit and McLouth both still scare me when I bet against that team.

Snell is also terrible. Maholm is a better pitcher for the Pirates.

Just my two cents but I think Pittsburgh can compete with Arizona and most teams. That doesn't mean they will win but I wouldn't lay 200 plus with Arizona. Arizona's lineup is bad. They don't score many runs. I realize the Pittsburgh pitcher doesn't appear that great but sometimes bad pitchers can look good against bad hitting. Pittsburgh's lineup even without Bay and Nady is good. McLouth and Doumit are better than any hitters Arizona has. With as lackluster as the Arizona offense is, to me you are taking a huge chance laying 250 in this game. Haren can be great but if not much offense all it would take is a few runs from Pittsburgh and they have the offense to do that. They took the first game against Chicago and really should have won the game today. If Arizona had more offense I can see the big juice but no way with that bad offense. All that being said Arizona should win but I wouldn't touch it.
