These "new" republican voters are low propensity meaning they never voted, maybe some are black and Hispanic(likely paid). How many will show up to vote, and will the ones that do make any difference?
The democrats still hold a 4% lead in registered voters in Pa, and now it's proven the Dick Cheney republican is not voting for Trump again. So Trump is relying 100% on low propensity, new registered voters to help close this large gap.
