Maybe the thread will appear tomorrow, maybe it will not. But here's what I am having a hard time understanding: Why couldn't we have still posted our picks last week (and this week) and have them counted at a later time by Mac? Or by someone else?

Yeah but when TNF started he got it up in time for the game 2 weeks ago. If this is going to be a serious contest where the winners actually get paid, hes got to get it up in time for TNF.. that would be like closing the contest Monday morning so no one could play the MNF play. I know we all have busy lives (or at least some of us do), but that is not an excuse.. plenty have volunteered to run it in weeks he was not able to.

The dude went on a losing streak. He's getting killed against ATSlim also in his one on one.

They should require this for any contests, even ones therx isn't officially running.

Are you fucking insane? It was a free contest where some guy decided to offer some small change to the winner. You didnt pay entry fee. You didnt help him post the picks or tally the totals. Sorry, but you are missing the point completely. Sure it is his money and he can not pay or pay or do whatever he wants with it. But for 10 weeks of the nfl season he had hundreds of people go out of their way to take their time and cap games and participate in a contest, and then he stops cold turkey in the middle.. there is plenty wrong with the principles in that. I didnt say that he stopped bc he was losing, nor did I even say the contest was over... all I was looking for was for some answers? :think2:
