LSU vs USC line move

Hey all,

I noticed this morning it looks like the line moved yesterday from lsu -6/-6.5 to -4.5.

I looked for a few minutes but didn’t see anything obvious, am working so can’t research a ton. Looking for the forum for help!
Anyone have inside into any reason for the move?

LSU hasn't won an opening season game since 2019.

Of course, USC has a defense that anybody can score on.....but I expect LSU to run the ball a LOT in this game.

I thought it would remain at -7.
I think USC's in for a rough year as a Big Ten'er.
I posted a play on the total, just my opinion.

thanks for the info and opinions. I disagree with the line move and really like LSU here by a lot. USC tried to get out of the game, didn't they? I predicted this line closed north of 7 and grabbed it at -6 over the summer.

Agreed USC is in for a rough year. Don't see how you can fix that defense in one offseason and be ready for a SEC team this talented.

I think I'll buy more LSU -4 today. I see money flowed in on LSU yesterday at -4.
