I really am looking at this too.
I feel no one is giving LSU a chance and the touts will be all over Tech. I can remember the last time the Tigers were in this bowl against Miami and that was the case too. And we see how that turned out. However pretty much a home game for Tech, but LSU has already beat Tech once in this same bowl back in 2000.

Maybe just my gut feeling but I would not count them out here. Either way, LSU always comes to play and that defense everyone calls weak is not as weak as the naked eye may see...

don't think LSU has a shot in the world. especially not after such a disappointing season...they wanted a better bowl, and i don't think they have the talent to stop the triple option that GTech is going to bring. POSSIBLY cover the spread though...

in hindsight, it seems so obvious that a quick, defending champion sec team would be able to shut down a one dimensional offense from a conference that has been down for about 5 years.

This game had more people completely wrong than any other this bowl season...so many had GT routing LSU, scoring 28+ points and blowing them out in the 1H...
