I have touted bookmaker as the best book to play with. Great service and easy to collect.
I have a prepaid card that's designated for bookmaker only.. I never have used it with another vendor. And today I get a massive charge to a well known merchant out of nowhere. It was done online and they had my address and phone and credit card number with security code. The thieves had everything. They charged a 11 cent at one merchant and 550 at another. Beware if you have a card on file with bookmaker. Let me be clear this was not charged to bookmaker but they are the only place that has this info as I had to send it to them to get payouts.

I have not got the money back yet. I was told it will be a minimum of 8 days. But the very well known merchant cancelled the order.
Yes it was actual items.

My apologies earlier i stated only bookmaker has this info. 5d has it too but it's been awhile since I've used it at 5d. But the card has only been used to post up. So it's one of them.

Thats terrible. Something similar happened to me with moneybookers a few years back. It was part my fault BUT the thief transferred from my acct.
to their's (both moneybooker accounts) and the mb peeps never gave me a refund. Now if the thief is a client of yours itsn't it right that he gets punished
and money returned to the victim? They also refused to disclose info on the thief (that part I can understand).
If I know anything is that you will get taken care of by bookmaker Whitey. They are honorable and will get to the bottom of this.

I called bookmaker and told them. I called before I remembered about using it at 5d. Bookmaker didn't seem concerned once they realized it wasn't a fraud bookmaker charge. I doubt I could get the IP address or shipping address from the merchant since they cancelled the order. The merchant told me that what set off the red flags was This person put all my personal info in except the person used a random number and letter email at yahoo. Com email. Here's what's strange I have never shopped at this merchant but some how the info didn't match up. I'm still confused how the merchant new to flag this.

Im still concerned until I actually get the money back. Right now the charge says on hold. My bank told me it a minimum of 8 days from date of transaction before money returns. So until next week I'm without my money.

You need a new bank brother. Had this happen to me with a credit card for around $800 once. Not only was the card shut off immediately by the fraud team, the money was back in my account within 15 minutes.

It's classified as a pre paid card. It's affiliated with a bank. But it's considered a checking I guess. So I don't get the privilege that comes with using a cc.

I've used a standard credit card to make deposits online at 5d for a few years now. This card isn't used for anything else. A few days ago the card number was used in a number of unauthorized online transactions. Had to have the card canceled and reissued. How would you guess this happened?
