This game has me confused my numbers have louisville bye 11 but not sure if the injuries to the tulane defense are going to screw it up.. Does anyone have a good feel for this game. If Tulane covers this game it has to be a high scoring game right?

My local just moved it to 14 it was at 15.5 early and has just continued to go down.. Not sure how to look at this..
