hold a fairly large NCAA tourney future on them...real disappointed

Could not disagree more. Louisville had a deep run in them.

As far as futures, I'm sure it will depend on the book.

Most futures bets have action. More than likely, your wager will remain in pending status until after the NCAA tournament and then be graded as a loss. A shitty deal for sure.
