<article>20-years-old Jobie Boals-Watters claimed a co-worker bought him a winning lottery ticket worth $100,000, but, it turned out Boals-Watters bought the ticket himself.
Th
e young man is now facing misdemeanor charges for underage gambling hno: since you must be 21 to buy a lottery ticket in Iowa. He might also have to give up his money.
The owner of the store he bought the ticket from says Boals-Watters showed a fake ID when he bought the winning ticket.
What do you think, should the underage gambler be charged and forced to give up his winnings?
