A lot of it has to do with the KC defense/winning streak/ injuries for Pats. The "beaten up" OLine vs the vaunted Dline of the Chiefs. Well most of you are forgetting something. And it's something the Pats have not done alot this year, because frankly they never needed too. However, with two weeks to prepare, I guarantee they practiced it.... A lot. They should have, because it neutralizes the one advantage KC will have, which is its Dline rushing the passer. What am I talking about? I am talking about a quick tempo, no huddle offense. It's coming. And it will reek havoc on KC. Don't say I didn't warn you. Once KC shows the ability to stop the run, which I think they will and which is why a play on KC first half isn't a terrible idea, but once they show NE they can neutralize their run game, the Pats are going to go no huddle to combat it. No ifs ands or butts about it. And I don't think KC will be able to stop it. I'm pretty sure they won't do it till the second half, so they can't adjust at halftime. If this game is close at half, hammer the Pats second half.

my 2 cents Bol everyone.

I agree that NE could romp if they effectively employ a hurry up... but how do you know they will?
And will Gronk & Edelmann be in shape and have the timing to do this? And with little running game can't the Chiefs move their LB's and safeties a little closer to negate this? Trust me, Stephen Jackson is 2 steps slower than years ago, will not be a factor. Unless he gets a lucky 30 yd run, he will not get 50 yards today.

St. Louis ? You don't have a team anymore. Apparently your knowledge of football left with the team

gronk and Edelman are gamers. Not worried about if they are in shape or not. They certainly are. Gronks timing will be fine, he missed some practice time but has played pretty much the entire season. Edelman might take a half to get going but if anyone can come back and immediately make an impact it's him because it's not that hard to get back into the groove of catching quick passes and screens. The hard part will be blocking downfield.

Yes the chiefs can squeeze LBs and Safties down but that's when Brady will audible and throw a seem route. Jackson won't be in on the hurry up package that's Boldin. I'm not saying they do it, I'm saying if their offense is stagnant in the first half, then they will do it.

All the major gambling forums have a ton of Chiefs love. That's what I look at. This site and three others and they are all 50/50 which is pretty wild considering a short line for pats at home. NE tease and parlay still need another leg to cash. I can see Denver ML getting blown up, I can see Seattle teased past a TD getting blown up. But KC is not going to keep up with NE for 4 quarters IMO. Alex Smiths legs are the only way this game stays close, and to be honest, the Pats did a great job against Russell Wilson in the Super Bowl last year, I think they can tame Smiths legs.

Good analogy. I'm taking the Pats at home.

Gronk got into a fight with Chandler Jones the other night and Tore gronks knee. The Police chief was called, who is also the director of secuurity
for the Pats and called Bellichick. He got punched in the eye and isn't talking.
You might be surprised when Gronk comes up a blank today

I'll take Brady, white, lafell, dola and Edelman and a injured gronk over smith maclin Kelce and cooley(Maclins backup) at home anyday. As far as that fight, that's the first time I've heard of that specific story. How did it do from smoking k2 and showing up at the police station to a fight and the police commissioner "was called" I don't buy it. I'll look at pre game warm ups and judge for
myself.
