guys
I am a young guy. As a kid-teen I was fat. At my peak I think I weighed something like 240 pounds. I woke up one day and was like god damn do I want to look like this my whole life.

I know it was a hell of a lot easier for me because I am younger, but people I havent seen in a while are like how in the hell did you loose so much weight?
By the way I weigh 175 now and most of that is muscle. It's really not that hard to loose weight. Just really think to yourself before you put what your about to eat in your mouth.

Just watch all the bread your eating. ALWAYS eat breakfast. if you dont eat breakfast your metabolism wont change.

I eat apple and cinnamon oatmeal every morning. Breakfast is one of those meals that people do not change often, so find one you like. I eat out a lot just because I am always on the go. I can eat healthy anywhere. The main thing is do not eat fried fucking food. Fast food hamburgers are BAD. If you find yourself at wendys you better be ordering the grilled chicken sandwich and the side caesar salad or some chili. If you order that easy #1 combo single with cheese/fries your gonna stay fat. Look at wendys.com nutritional facts and you'll see why. That stuff is TERRIBLE for you.

When your at a restaurant and you order your Philly Cheese Sandwich and the waitress says fries? You say no, side salad please. Fried food, heavy carbs are the worse thing that will hurt your weight loss.

EXCERCISE I will admit when I was up there it was a bit embarassing to get started but now I litereally feel like the king of the gym. Everyone knows me there from when I first started and I am a lean ripped machine now and they all love it.

A few things that helped me to get started:
WEIGHT WATCHERS point program--They rate every food by a point system so you can kinda get to know what is a good food and bad food to eat. You can sign up online at weightwatchers.com. It really is a good program to learn what you can and cannot eat.

GET IN A ROUTINE AND DONT BREAK IT FOR ANYTHING- I personally go to the gym at least 4 times a week. 2 days are cardio days where I do nothing but sweat for 45 minutes and the other 2 are my favorite days, cuz they are weight lifting which to me is much more relaxed and enjoyable then cardio days. Just DONT make excuses.

I've been professionally gambling for about a year now and my best break time im sure Journeyman can back this up is when im at the gym. If you've had a good day gambling it feels fucking great u feel like a hustler in there or something and if you've had a bad day it just helps to let off the steam. Get an IPOD or some music, makes it a lot better.

DRINK WATER AND I MEAN LOTS OF IT - When your ass gets in the car you better have a fucking water bottle with you. You have no idea what water does for your system. It is a HUGE factor in you losing weight. When I was fat I was drinking probably 7-8 cokes a day. You literally get addicted to that shit, but after drinking nothing but water I have no desire for coke anytime.
I still to this day only drink water because it keeps my hydrated, feeling good, and keeps the weight down.

I can relate to a lot of you guys even though most of you are a hell of a lot older then me. 55% of american males are obsese now. If you have any questions feel free to PM me, I love the area of fitness and am currently in school here in Atlanta to become a nutritionist. I seriously feel like it was my calling when I dropped 60 pounds in literally 4-5 months. It was amazing to my family and friends and I'd love to help other people.

THANKS FOR READING GUYS AND GOOD LUCK IN LIFE WITH GAMBLING AND YOUR HEALTH!

He is right about that...If you are a gambler, there is nothing better than a good work out...Its very very good for clearing your mind. I started hitting the gym regularly this passed NBA season and i some how had one of the best gambling seasons ever. Some of my gambling decisions were made in the gym...I never tracked them but i gotta say, pounding some weights is a great way to deal with losses and stay focused thus avoiding doing dumb things like chasing money!

I just took in a 1200 calorie meal at a dim sum. no problemo. just means i wont go over 800 cal for the rest of the day

I've gotten good at keeping a running cal total in my head, and its helped out a lot

If any of you guys are familiar with Atlanta. There is a downtown spot called BUCKHEAD where everyone around the 20-30 yr old range parties at the clubs. I couldn't even IMAGINE myself down there weighing 240 pounds, but now I literally have to fight them off when I go down there with my friends.

LOSING WEIGHT IS NOT JUST ABOUT HEALTH.
It really changes your whole life.
