McCreary and his partner are not going to give Detroit a power play tonight...

There have been 2-3 blatant penalty calls on Pitts that they have not called...

Home team gets the calls...

Bettman brought that over from the NBA...

You need a chill pill.

Bushay, I have no problems at all with you. You are one of the few knowledgeable hockey fans around this place. My problem lies with the people who bitch and moan when they lose and blame everyone they can on the loss.

Pittsburgh was the better team tonight and quite frankly they have been the better team for much of this series. The Wings fans crying and whining is beyond pathetic after a loss.

BMB,
yeah, i'm sure there were 3 slahses, 6 charges & numerous interference penalties not called just on the pens huh? you must not know shit about hockey or your just so biased that it's pathetic. detroit had just as many acts uncalled. you definitely don't know what a charge is.

pens 1st power play shouldn't have been called but other than that the officiating missed calls on both sides equally. they could have called the slash on the breakaway but everybody knows that isn't getting called in the last few minutes of game 6 no matter who the teams involved are. the pens are the least penalized team in the playoffs but guess who's 2nd?

i can understand being a fan & being a little biased but the posts iv'e seen in every game the pens have won are ridiculous. the type of exagerated bull that some wing fans are spewing is just whining & beneath the type of team the redwings are. i'm a pens fan but i'm also just a hockey fan in general who played the sport for 25 years including in college so i'm not some newbie to the sport. wings & pens are both great teams & game 7 should be great but it's just so fucking irritating when supposed fans of the sport can't give one team or the other credit where credit is due. i guarantee if you asked 100 unbiased hockey fans which team played better tonight 65 would say pittsburgh. osgood kept you guys in the game tonight.

i personally think detroit wins game 7 & if they do you won't see me posting a whining commentary on the refs or any other bullshit. wether you want to give the pens credit or not they have played a very good series. much more competitive than last year even though fluery hasn't been as good as last year overall.

Getiton you have not shown any hockey sense or knowledge at all...

Just your ignorant juvenile ranting...

I can say with confidence I have forgotten more hockey than you will ever know in your lifetime...

The officiating has been pathetic reminds me of the NBA as they shade whichever team they want/need to win to add drama or extend the series...

The NHL plays their playoffs out like the NBA now, shade the stars and teams they want to win or extend the series... It has been obvious for the past couple of years...Why do you think we have these two teams again?

It is what they wanted...

Another moron caught up in the internet sports forum myth of extend the series fix. Too funny...

With all of the missed calls on the Pens during the Finals...and there has been quite a few...I just keep believing it is the NHL's way of making up to the Pens for missing Zetterberg covering the puck with his hand in the crease two straight games without getting called for it. Oh, and the offsides that wasn't called that led to the game winning goal after Hossa slashed the living shit out of Dupuis in game 1 or 2 or whenever it was.

I think the missed interference call on Cooke when he took Datsyuk's head off last night about made it even now.

The officiating has been terrible in this series. But it has been on both sides. I just choose to bring up the anti-Pens ones for now because, well, I hate the wings.
