LeBron James makes his return to Cleveland tonight with Cavalier fans ready to do everything to make him feel unwanted.
After turning his back on Northeast Ohio, Akron's finest returns as the enemy of the city, state and most of the country.
You can bet he might be starting to reconsider taking his talents to a national television special.
The Heat visit the Cavaliers tonight at 8 PM Eastern time in what would otherwise be a dull game between two mediocre teams.
Talk of LeBron's return started way back in August when the NBA released the 2010-2011 schedule.
Think of tonight as the Cavaliers' super bowl, with all eyes watching to see if they can dethrone the King.
With all sorts of rumors circulating about what Cleveland's fans have in store, the NBA has beefed up the security at the game.
It's safe to say LeBron James has had a pretty rough last few days.

Marcus Jordan scored 18 points, Keith Clanton hit two free throws in the final seconds, and Central Florida upset No. 18 Florida, 57-54, Wednesday night in Orlando.
The Gators, ranked ninth in the Associated Press preseason poll, lost to the Knights for the first time in 10 meetings and could drop out of the rankings after another lackluster effort.
Michael Jordan's son had a lot to do with this one.
Jordan was 6 of 11 from the field and played tight defense, creating all kinds of problems for the Gators (5-2).

Hall of Fame point guard Isiah Thomas has joined in the LeBron James-vs.-Michael Jordan debate sparked by Scottie Pippen's comments last week, agreeing that James' exploits someday could exceed MJ's but insisting that there currently is no comparison.
"I think LeBron has a chance to eclipse Jordan if he continues to improve his game, but where they are right now, you still have to take Jordan as being the better player," Thomas told the "Stephen A. Smith Show" on ESPN NY 1050, according to ESPNNewYork.com. "Now, six years from now, if LeBron continues to add different facets to his game, then maybe you can have that argument and you can have that debate.
"Right now, Jordan was such a complete player on both ends, he was a great foul shooter, he turned into a 3-point shooter, he had midrange game, he had low-post game, he was a lock-down defender and LeBron is getting to that in all those areas. Now, he hasn't gotten there yet and we don't know if he will get there. But if he does get there, he will probably only be equal to, I don't know if he can ever be better."
Horace Grant, who teamed with Jordan and Pippen to help the Chicago Bulls win their first three NBA championships, told "The Waddle & Silvy Show" on WMVP-AM 1000 that he totally disagrees with Pippen's comments.
"I’m kind of at a loss of words because Michael Jordan ... I mean, when you win numerous MVPs and you’ve taken the team to six championships and probably could have been eight if he didn’t retire those two years ... MVPs and the playoffs and the championships, I mean, man, he made us better ... myself, Scottie, B.J. (Armstrong), even Bill Cartwright who I still love, he made us better players," Grant said Tuesday, as transcribed by SportsRadioInterviews.com.
"He gave us that confidence, but first we had to earn his trust and once we earned his trust, you saw championship after championship. Who do you want to take that last shot when three seconds are left in the game? Who do you want the ball in their hands the last three seconds? He proved that he can score the last few seconds of a ballgame or if he gets double-teamed that Steve Kerr or John Paxson are right there. So, I love Scottie, but I totally disagree.”

BTW, at the same age, LEBRON is better than MJ was.
MJ had 3 years in college playing against the best players in college, being coached by a HOF coach, went to the NBA, and it took him 4 years before he put up the numbers LeBron did right out of the gate in NBA from High School.
Lebron can do things, MJ's body simply wouldn't allow him to do.
MJ was never as assist man, lebron is. Look at the shooting % from 3 pt land, rebounds, DEF.
Lebron is a better all around player.
MJ was the man NIKE created, lebron is the man, LEBRON created.

He can only dream of doing some of the things Jordan has.
Lebron has a great combination of strength and jumping ability, as did Jordan, but Michael was much more fluid, more athletic overall, had more heart, had a killer instinct never before seen, always made the All-Defensive team, just plain and simple better.
Like LeBron James, Magic Johnson averaged a lot of points, rebounds, and assists, but that didn't make Magic better than Jordan.
I'm not comparing Magic & Lebron, but the point is everyone looks at the points, rebounds, and assists Lebron averages and thinks that instantly makes him the best ever, and there's much more to it than that...

IMO you are thinking about 30 year old 5 ring MJ with Pippen and company and comparing him to 24 year old Lebron who played with no QUALITY players around him for the Cavs and still took them to the finals one year, and had the best record one year in the NBA.
This is the first time lebron has ever had another all star on the court with him, and we are seeing the results.
