I am looking to move my players offshore. Football season is winding down and dont want to man phones for basketball. Anyone out there that takes action for a fee.

unless you have a large book (300) or high-end players, i think a call center is a waste of money.

i inquired about this last year before baseball, and didnt think the prices were feasable, my book is (small) 150 and the phones can be handled by me and three clerks.

call centers that charge a weekly rate, still want their money, when you have a losing week also...

In all due respect your are greatly mistaken.

Yes, call centers do want their money when you have a losing week but so do your three employees that are working for you up there.

Lets take you for example. You have 150 players (assume half internet and half phone). We could service your business right now for $3,750 a week.
75 * 30 = $2250
75 * 20 = $1500
---------------
week total $3750

For $3,750 you get:

1. Your own website with 24 hour maintenance and support. Website accepts every sports wager including straights, parlays, teasers, action points and reverses

2. Highly trained phone clerks that are able to write bets on all sports

3. Complete Horse Department trained to take and grade every type of horse wager (all horse wagers are graded and reconciled moments after the race runs)

4. Your own online casino to offer your players blackjack, craps, roulette, slots etc.

5. Your own report module so you can sit at home and see exactly where you stand with every player at any time

6. Redundant satelitte links so that if the phones go down through one carrier your players can get through on the other

..and a multitude of other conveniences.

The bottom line is you will make MORE moeny because you can offer more things. And the best part of all is you dont have to worry about anything.

You have peace of mind and you are offering a better product.

All for $3,750 a week.

Add up your overpaid employees, phone bills, time spent grading, your own personal time and your loss of customer base because you cant offer what the BIG BOYS are offering and see if its not feasible.

sorry, i learned the business from old school bookies and their motto was "if you want it done right you got to do it yourself" they would have a coronary if some total strangers took over the day to day stuff and i guess im to old fashioned to change. i want to be in the same room as the clerks so i can yell and scream at them when they screw up....lol


so when its time to move south im coming along too.

We house a variety of different books here who's owners were in a similiar situation as you(wanting to stay on top of thier business). We set them up with thier own little office . They usually rise at 10am play 18 holes and are here for the 2 hours of "crunch time" and the better part of the day on Mondays to do figures. Plus they are enjoying the 75 degree weather here and all the extra curricular activities Costa Rica has to offer.

We would welcome you to come down to take over the hollaring . We would save a ton on Halls cough drops. lol

Although we do service alot of diffrent books, betus is not one of them and they are not located in our facility. I believe betus is Little Nasa which are located in Sabana we are on the other side of town.
