This is odd. This is like the second persona in a week to come in here asking for help with 7palms.

I'd love to know what the issue is. WHther they both encountered the same problem, and whether they know each other.

In any event, Jake is an extremely reasonable person, can't imagine this not getting resolved to everyone's satisfaction
