Send what you can afford to lose and not get violently upset.

There is no guarantee you will not get stiffed, but when the books listed start stiffing us, then we are all in a world of hurt.

Western Union or Neteller are preferred methods of money transfers.

I play a 1000 or 2 a game.

Bonus would be good but primary concern is getting paid.

lots of places have a max internet wager of $1000 but many you can call up and talk to them about raising it for you.

if a bonus isnt a big concern, www.betworks.com may be a good choice for you.
