Looking for architect in Escazú

We're considering a redesign of our Escazú office and as a preliminary measure I was looking to see if anyone here had an inside and first-hand track on a talented, dependable, and not overly expensive commercial architect who came with references.

My wife's friend is an architect, doing work now for the Municipality of Belén. She doesn't speak English though. I'll send you contact info by PM once I verify she's open for more work.
