I am looking for a sports book that gives me better service than I am getting with Bovada. I don't know if that is possible. I have dealt with 5 Dimes however I found getting paid from them at the end of the year was somewhat difficult.
To be specific as to what I find hard to deal with is first the smart phone interface. It is slow and hard to use. Often when I try to select something it doesn't register and it is difficult to navigate. When I say difficult I mean due to it not functioning smoothly. I had an occasion where I tried to place a wager 4 times but got no response which it usually gives. Only on the 4th attempt did it confirm the placement. The next day I found the wager (which lost) listed 4 times. I tried to call and explain saying "why would I make the exact same bet 4 times in a row in that short period of time." We all know the chance of getting that fixed is zero.
I know there are ways to confirm wagers but since I experience most of the delays at halftime and live the limited time available makes that impossible.
I also have a hard time via phone and/or computer getting to halftime scores. We all know halftime hardly gives us enough time to think so spending time trying to find what's available just makes it more likely I get shutout.
Another thing I am seeing more of now is inflated odds. I often will see a game with an extra 1/2 point added and the odds shifted to crazy numbers like -125, -135 and even -145. If they offered normal odds on the game with the actual line I wouldn't care but when they do that the only option is alternative lines which are still not actual lines and odds. I've even seen these inflated odds on games where the line is correct Vegas numbers .
I know some people use multiple services so they can cherry pick. That's OK however it requires money deposited in sufficient amounts in various locations. Since there is usually a service fee charged for deposits that can rack up significant debt in conjunction with requiring a lot of cash spread out.
I am hoping there are better services than this Bovada so any information would be appreciated
