Tampa Bay +4 (The D locks down Dallas)
Indy -3 (Houston Who?)
Carolina +12.5 (With 12.5 points and Davis)

You never know what Tampa team you will see but as far as the record shows....look at the two games coming off a loss and the scores that go with them. I would have to say Tampa.
