I guessed wrong. I get no shirt. I would avoid bet365, as I think you are the only poster ever to lose there. I think it needs still more clarification. What are your betting intentions? You keep stringing along the clues, I will figure it out someday...Best Wishes...General Sir...OF
Intention as in what sports, I sort of figured you intended to win, except in bet 365. Bases, CFL, tennis, golf, chess? And what is your typical bet amount? Bodog, and Bet 365 are lower limit stores for most...Best Wishes...OF
Personally, I place books in various levels based on my own preferences and needs with security of funds at the top of the list. Keep in mind this is my own view with my own interpretation of the state of the industry and in no way is meant to degrade any of the books listed. Since you asked for thoughts, I offer the books that you listed by my own personal levels only.
First Level
WWTS
WSEX
Second Level
CRIS
GRANDE
BODOG
BET365
Third Level
SKYBOOK
SPORTBET
VWAGER
SPORTINGBET
Keep in mind, I only addressed those in your original list. Of course, there are other first level books as well as lower levels that I prefer as well.

Thanks Frog. The hardest part is betting winners no doubt.
