i just heard a report on the news. they define"blue zones" where people live much longer than the rest of the world. the west coast of cr was considered one of these regions. many live to be over 100, lo incidence of dementia, many have never needed a hospital. thought you'd find this interesting. p.s., i'm pretty sure none of them are gamblers, or bookies for that matter!
