Tip your cap to tcu...... That's about all I want to say about that.... VA goes down and the team implodes..... That team needs to figure it out.... No way you should ever blow a 31 point lead but they deserve it in all reality. If you can't win with a 31 point lead and a backup QB then the whole team needs to point the finger at themselves..... Fucking disgraceful in every aspect of that word. Congrats to the tcu backers. With VA the ducks win by 3 scores like I figured they would, but injuries happen and tcu handled them better than Oregon. Congrats tcu shame on you Oregon and the coaching staff

Ducks better open up the wallet to get Chip back. The current coach is a disgrace and a dumbass to boot.

It was a good game tho.

You know I'm a PAC12 guy, but never was sold on Helfrich. In all seriousness, I'd give Chip Kelly a call. That was horrible coaching by the Oregon staff. The injury to Adams was tough, but TCU lost their QB on Thursday, and were down 2 from the OL. Second half aside, TCU had guys running free in the secondary in the 1st half and the QB was just not accurate enough to hit them. I'd get Chip back there pronto

This one was more embarrassing than the Utah debacle, the entire coaching staff needs a major overhaul.

Just posted the same. The fact that you cant develop a backup qb is just nutts. What would the season have been like if Adams did not qualify. If Lockie was the backup plan, then you don't have a plan. That's on the coach

I agree with you. Don't know a lot about him but when I've watched Oregon play he doesn't impress me. I bought he made a some bad decisions in the title game last yr

Pretty simple for me... The backup QB situation was horrible.. iit showed in all the games we lost... Good riddance to Lockie... the QB's coming in should be fine going forward... You could see this coming even a 31-0 with Adams going down

They should've come away with points after recovering the onside kick.

Also, why wasn't Oregon grinding on the clock more? Way too many incomplete passes at the end.

Can't remember the last time I saw a team blow a 31 point halftime lead.

I don't understand why the Ducks didn't go to traditional snap under center when they where having so much trouble with the back up center delivering the ball to the back up QB in the shot gun. I'm Guessing they don't practice that or have that at all in their playbook at all , definite short coming not to practice traditional fundamentals.

I know Mariota said they never practiced QB under center and to think he will likely be starting center next year.

I knew it and so did everyone of the Oregon faithful as soon as va went down..... What's that tell ya lol??? We all know it, how come the coaches don't. Why not put Allie in and run the triple option the rest of the game.... Why not give mahalack a chance? Why keep expecting lockie to magically pull a rabbit out of his ass? Can't blame the defense, they were what they were all year... They played out of their minds the first half and set the team up for a dominating bowl win..... Couldn't expect them to keep that pace the whole game.... Coaching staff needs a reboot in all seriousness.... If pellum doesn't figure his shit out by the time conference play starts next season if demote his ass too. Helfrich has easily lost a lot of support after that debacle. Wouldn't be surprised one bit to see some of the boosters grilling his ass as they all should. No reason to lose that game, None. Lockie is a probably the nicest guy in the neighborhood but the game is way above him.... Brenner the backup center is atrocious and we are dicked if he's the stater next year... Start a freshman over that dude.... I want to see some coaching changes or at least philosophy changes.... Unreal lol

Up 31-0 , it shouldn't matter if the long snapper is playing qb, you should not lose up 31 at halftime

They should have just lined up Royce Freeman in the Wildcat formation for the rest of the 2nd half and that probably would have been good enough to milk a 31 point lead, but that's not the Oregon way.

Lockie is not capable of looking in more then one direction when in the pocket
