Exactly why i said the reasoning behind this play does not make sense. Pedro is coming off an inury on an 80 pitch pitchcount. I would not like to rely on the Mets BP to win me my game of the year.

Dude your a moron, no one once said the Mets arent one of the best teams in the NL. All that was simply stated more then a few times was that relying on the Mets bull pen is not a good thing.

Also the mets have that good record from the line-up and great starting pitching as of late (Not from Pedro). Santana, Perez, Maine and the stuff they got form Pelfrey the last month or so has been keeping them up there not the bullpen.
