Detroit is going to win tonight guaranteed. This is the lock of the century.

@-300 it is a steal. Money line Detroit will be the winner, easy money.

I don't have much money online but I figured I might as well give you guys some free money by telling you of this.

No way does Indiana win tonight. They have two banged up players, and are playing horribly.

Making money is all relative to each gambler

FIRST anyone that knows me, knows that I ADORE, LOVE, and have ALWAYS made money and play DOG MONEY lines, especially with offshore and with casinos that pay "TRUE ODDS" makes the parlays go through the roof.

but betting FAVORITES on the money line is not ignorant laying 275 or 2,750 to win 100 or 1000 it is ALL about your bank roll, and I do believe that DETROIT wins tonight. So therefore gambling is gambling. A winner is a winner and a loser selection is a loser selection. So betting a fav money line is not ignorant just because of the price.

Yes I do not recommned paying that price EVERY DAY, but if on this DAY that is the PICK,

Well then LAY it and LOVE it, just like all your other picks

i made the mistake of putting the word..LOCK..on my game last night even though i didn't say the game was a lock, or use it in that context, i put the word lock on there anyway....
i had lakers and under.

now - first off i will admit i was the one who posted monday night to take the lakers -500 on the M/L. BUT - i also said to add it to a game you liked and make it a parlay.

Wrong again, I would not call that a fact, merely a heartfelt opinion.!!

Congrats on all who heeded the advice of my post. To the doubters, have a nice 2005 although no game will be as easy as this one was.

By the way, I am a Pacers fan, and have followed them throughout the season. I knew that even if the Pacers took the lead early, which they do every game they could not possibly hold it with two of their stars injured.

i have said this before and will say it one more time

i would rather lose a bet with a good line than win a bet with a bad line

i say this because betting good lines is the ONLY way to make money and betting bad lines will kill you in the long run.

in hockey - if a side i like is "Pick +100" but the books only have "+1/2 -140" i WILL NOT bet the +1/2 because that is a terrible line. i have had many games where betting the +1/2 line woul dhave made me a winner instead of a push. but i pass because +1/2 -140 might be the SINGLE WORST BET in the NHL. i would rather bet the team @ +100 and push - or even lose - than to bet +1/2 -140 and win - because betting the +1/2 -140 will KILL YOU in the long run.

i don't care how big a "LOCK" this bet was. betting ANY team @ -300 is dumb!

ask those who took the wings -300ish in games against calgary - and then saw them lose - how "great" their bet was.

if i were you - i wouldn't go crowing about this bet. i would be ashamed to have posted this and made an ass out of myself with a TERRIBLE BET. yes - it cashed - but again - just because a bet cashes doesn't make it a great bet and just because it loses doesn't make it a dumb bet.

you won this bet - but it was a DUMB BET!

First of all, any WINNING bet is a good bet.

I don't know what the hell you constitute as a good play, but this was as good as any. By your rational a losing bet is a good bet. Ok buddy.

You saying that betting a favorite is a bad bet, shows you are not that great of a handicapper.
