Have one guy that does internet and phone and one guy that just does phone. Guy that just does phone has a recording you call for the lines. Both text or call In.

My local has a website that's hosted in Central America somewhere. Have known him for over 25 years. Heck, will even take my plays after the game starts, via text of phone including VM. Pretty sure he doesn't see my text or hear VM till way later sometimes. Strictly on the honor system. When I win he pays, when I lose I pay. Pretty simple actually. FWIW-all he does is gamble. No day job.
