Wildbill - It's SAD to hear that the lobbyist you spoke of are WEAK when it comes to Oral agreements and made a bad show while stumbling on their words.
These lobbyist have to be Sharper and Better informed than the politicians otherwise they will NOT be effective at all.
Thanks for your insightful information on this problem.

There is no questionable legality about credit cards, there is no laws that prohibit them from taking part in a purely financial transfer. The problem is all in the gambling debt issue. A couple of gamblers have sued for a lot of money and won because quite a few states have that rule. My guess is that if this type of law doesn't pass then that one will be the next target. Some fool is going to think making gambling debts unenforceable will stop it, but of course most offshore play is not done on credit and if they take out CCs to fund it then there won't be an issue there.
