the fact is Obama is lying, but he knows who he's talking to
the economy is going to collapse if we don't pass my stimulus bill immediately, but projects unemployment will only reach 9% without his bill (fucking duh). Of course, unemployment with his bill is higher than he said it would be without his bill.
however, despite the fact that hundreds of thousands of jobs are being lost each month, and unemployment is 25% higher than he projected, he says his bill created 1 million new jobs. He knows his left wing audience has no fucking idea, they just need some good ole hope.
he says his health care proposals reduce costs, when every financial analysis says costs will increase
he says his health care proposals will decrease the deficit, when every financial analysis says the deficit will increase
he says illegals will not be covered by his health care proposals, when the truth is he does absolutely nothing about stopping them from receiving the health care they're already receiving (despite not being covered)
after literally exploding the deficit, he says he's going to balance the budget
after making massive complicating tax law changes, he says he's going to simplify the tax code
after signing an earmarked filled stimulus bill, he looks you in the eye and says "there is no pork in this bill"
there has never been a bigger disconnect between words and reality in our history, the man is literally a pathological liar.
