We've also added 2 tiers to our architecture, a dedicated Webserver (Apache) and a rational dB (mySql), migrated the entire application to it's own dedicated Linux Server, upgraded the JDK and App server..
These slew of changes will increase performance and give us the ability to offer more features.
There are also LIVE SCORES courtesy of SportsNetwork and the schedules will have games for 6 days in advance (courtesy of ResultsATS).
Listed pitchers will be restored shortly as ATS is in the process of an upgrade.

Long story short, the delay will be between 0 and 44+x seconds, with x being your refresh rate.
on average with a refresh of 30 seconds we're in the 37 second range.
