Yep, very good question. Maybe my presence lent credence to how those brown brothas aren't suspicious terrorists; what white guy would dare to risk his life to associate/conspire with those against our dear USA? Ha.

Yes, I certainly relaxed after I showed my MD Terps tie to the group and then took it off (as MD had won earlier in the day when I watched the game on my TV at work).

10:00 a.m Said my good bye's Skins dropped me off at Dulles International.

11:00 Checked in, went through security and all that crap waited for my 11:30 departure.

12:00 Flight still delayed

12:30 Now told all flights to North East are cancelled. Wait in line at United Airlines CS only to be told all flights tomorrow (Sat) may not get out and even if they did that they are full. They book me on their earliest available departure, Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. Fuck that.

13:00 Board a bus from airport to local T station. Get orange line T to red line T. Red line T to Amtrak station, wait in line forever only to be told there are NO seats available to New York, Providence or Boston. This is starting to suck.

14:00 Hop in a taxi back to Virginia.

16:00 Two hours, two missed exits, many wrong turns, tons of traffic and a triple didgit cab fare later I arrive back at the bar where the boys are well into their second day of boozing. Man the cab driver was fucking moron.

16:30 Check into Hyatt and start looking for ways to get home.

17:00 Book a flight out of Baltimore on SWA, Saturday night at 19:20, earliest escape I could get, more $$$ down the drain.

18:00 Go back to bar and drink with said terrorists, calvin ty and a few others till midnight.

Anyway I made it to Baltimore (thanks olddirty), got on my flight and arrived in Providence at 8p.m. Drove to Newport, did four shots and four martini's in less than 30 minutes and got back to cursing, drinking, abusing women like the rest of the Irish pricks in the pub on St Patrick's Day.
