OMT, That don't look good at all. Looks like Pinnacle might get off the hook on this one.

That kid for Japan that pitch out of the base loaded jam, OVER POWERING stuff.

They take alot of safety precautions with these kids, so I am sure that field must be pretty dry to play. Lets hope they can play.

I love the play, thanks. My only worry is Carter giving up runs and Japan killing this under, like others said I doubt the team from Georgia even scores.

My guess (hope) is Japan 2-0.

ok Lets PLAY BALL.

Probably better for the under if Japan was the home team but oh well. Lets hope for a pitchers duel and 1-0 win for the Americans.

Little League World Series – Weather Update

(Sunday, 3:30 p.m.)

WWILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (Aug. 27, 2006) – Here is the latest update on today’s events at the Little League Baseball World Series.

• At this time, the start of the World Championship Game between the Asia and Southeast regional champions is tentatively scheduled for 6 p.m. Please note that this is two hours and 30 minutes later than originally scheduled.

As announced previously, the rain system moving through central Pennsylvania has resulted in the following changes to the schedule:

• The Consolation Game between the Northwest and Mexico region champions has been cancelled. It will not be rescheduled.

• The Parade of Flags and Parade of Champions, scheduled to take place prior to the World Championship Game, has been cancelled. (The Parade of Flags was to involve local Little Leaguers from Pennsylvania District 12.)

• The ceremony to honor former Major League pitcher Mike Flanagan with the William A. “Bill” Shea Distinguished Little League Graduate Award has been cancelled. It will be held at a date, time and location to be announced.

Keep checking back at www.littleleague.org for updates throughout the day.
