I think CBS does.

I'm at Bet19 - that's the only one I'm sure of.

Hollywood will give rebate only if you have played at least 12 weeks of the NFL regular season.

So if you lose 5 dimes in one week and have a net loss for the year at Hollywood for 5 dimes, you get no rebate.

Bet 19 gives a rebate every month if you have net losses during the previous month. They have the best rebate program going IMO.

Hollywood's and ABC Island's can be misleading upon first glance until you read the fine print.

If you predict doom and defeat for yourself or even plant such a seed in your mind, that's probably what you'll get.

Work hard use proper money management and expect good things to happen. Positive expectations are self-fullfilling. When you believe that good things will happen, it's more likely they will.

A cash rebate on losses is something San Jose State is looking for when they play the Gators in an early season matchup in the Swamp. If that is what you are looking forward to why even gamble?

Hello gentlemen;

We would like to explain our rebate program a little bit further in detail, so we can be sure all our customers understand how it works.

If you have played throughout at least 12 weeks of the regular season with us (size of the bet is irrelevant, any action is good as long as it's in the NFL), you can call out toll free number and request a 10% back on your NET Losses.

We really didn't think the wording was misleading; as a matter of fact, if you guys check on our website (http://www.hollywoodsportsbook.com/bonuses/), you'll find out we tried to be as forth-coming as possible. Please allow me to quote:
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>
10-losses.gif

10% BACK ON YOUR NFL LOSSES - Start this NFL season with Hollywood and we will reward you with our Star Treatment loyalty program. If at the end of the regular season you show a loss, we will give you back 10% of your net losses(minus fees and bonuses). To be eligible for this program you must have wagers during 12 of the 16 weeks of this football season. Call our customer service department to sign up for this special program.<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

So you know it gentlemen, give us a call and take advantage of this promotion (customers playing at -107 are not elegible to recevie this perk)

Thanks you for your time, gentlemen.

Will,

If you read what I wrote carefully, you will see that I said your rebate program can be misleading "until" you read the fine print. And if anyone goes to your homepage, that is exactly what will happen. At first one is led to believe, based on the banner flashing on your homepage, that if he is a loser on football, he will get 10% back on his losses.

As a matter of fact, I am sure that Hollywood gets a good percentage of their business because of the flashing banner that is in fact misleading. After clicking on the banner, your site invites the reader to sign up without disclosing the rules of the promotion. I feel that I should be entitled to 10% back for my account although it was only one play on NFL.

Boxing Freak;

We're sorry you feel that way. A banner is intended to be an introduction to the different promotions we have. It'd be difficult to include all the restrictions and rules of the promo in 1 banner. We feel that a banner is meant to caught the eye of the casual visitor and that any player interested in the introduced promo, should by all means read our bonus page, where we post the requirements of any promo we run.

I'm afraid I will not be able to be of help in your case, as our rules clearly state that you need to play at least 12 weeks of the regular season, in order to be elegible to receive this perk.

Our rules are clearly posted in our bonus page and we believe that should provide some common ground in situations like this one.

P.S.: As a bit of info, most of the business we perceived this year from the forums (where our banners are being displayed), were players interested on our opinionated lines at reduced prices.

So no rebate if we get the -107?

I only went to the -107 the last 2 weeks.

Prior to that my figure is a negative.

After one clicks on the banner advertising the promotion, Hollywood is presented with its opportunity to elaborate on the promotion. Instead, Hollywood induces the visitor to sign up thinking that they will get back 10% on net losses for football.

After clicking on that ad this is what follows along with an account application:

10% signup Bonus
• 10% back on your losses for football
• *NEW* Lay 7% vig EVERYDAY
• Star treatment loyalty program
• $50 Bonus Play for referrals

All information provided here is for the exclusive use of Hollywood International Sportsbook and Casino. Once received, it is filed offline. Hollywood International guarantees that this information will neither be released to nor be seen by third parties. All data will be kept strictly confidential.

Now tell me if that is not misleading.

That was Hollywood's opportunity to disclose the rules of the promotion.

So, as I said earlier, I am sure that Hollywood ends up with a good percentage of business from that one link and those customers will have never had an opportunity to participate in the promotion because 12 separate weeks is more than 2/3rds of the football season.

I am not saying that Hollywood is dishonest. I am just trying to prove to you that I am not offbased with what I wrote in earlier posts.

Pancho;

When you signed in for the -107, I sent you an e-mail with the restrictions of that line set, including a brief note on how you would not be elegible to take advantage of any other form of bonus or promotion.

However, I can definitely see where you're coming from. Please shoot me an e-mail with your account number and we will look into it. I will be glad to assist you as much as I can.

I understand your point of view and appreciate your feedback. I will see how we can avoid this type of situation in the future. In the mean time, I firmly believe it's our obligation to post the rules and restrictions in a very visible place on our website, as well as it is our customers' obligation to read and understand these rules, before they fund their account.

As for the note you posted, we're only trying to provide a brief INTRODUCTION to our promos and security policies; by no means were we trying to educate our customers with that short note. There are too many things that need to be read thouroughly to be understood... which leads me to my previous statement: we believe it's our customers' obligation to read and understand our posted rules.

We apologize if this situation has caused you an inconvenience.

Paisa,
