Should have done it when they were 0-8 and that might of sparked a flicker of light and hope to get at least one win. Why are they always the laughing stock of the NFL year in and year out? All the best draft picks year in and year out.

and they retain interim GM Martin Mayhew, Matt Millen's head assistant and PROMOTE him to new GM. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! SAD SAD DAY!!!

Looking back the worst day was when Matt Millen was fired in middle season and this guy was promoted because he won over the heart of the owners.
