Line Movement Pick System

All,

I have started to watch line movements and I am trying to put together a system for picking winners based on the line movement. I have not played any of these for money at this point. Basically, I am betting that Vegas is better at putting a line out than the public is to move that number.

The Theory is 2 - 0 over the last two games I have watched.

Toledo +6 --> +8 TAKE Marquette
Michigan O/U 140 --> 143.5 TAKE Under

Tonight's Picks
ND -3 --> -5.5 TAKE Purdue
Iowa State -3 --> -4.5 TAKE Georgia

BuckEyez,

Michigan came through nicely yesterday, additionally the line closed at 144.5...

This theory would probably prove more fruitfull in the pro's but is interesting in College...I would look for at least a 3 point move...remember, especially in college, the sharp money plays early...I woudnt want to play against sharp money unless I was getting at least 3 off of the original spread...

I have been going by the Stardust opening lines.

why in above cases is the Marquette game different...line moved to show them more a Fav and you took them while line movement make ND and Iowa St more favs and the over more a fav and you take the dogs and the under...understand my question?

I must be looking at something wrong. Marquette moved from 6 to 8 so you take Marquette, but Notre Dame moves from 3 to 5 and you take the other side?
