you are correct.....in these kind of cases....the first half will always hit the favorite which is s car(-1.5) and then the favorite will end up losing the 2nd half and whole game bet

so....

s car should be up by 4 or 5 first half only to not cover for the game....

I have still yet to understand why people really believe line movement really matters... it doesnt' determine who wins the game or who makes the "last basket to cover." I've seen plenty of games that had reverse line movement that have ended up covering... good luck with Davidson though.
