Unprofessional? This is their break time and he's not allowed to go out partying? Let the kid do what the fuck he wants. He'll be fine and he'll be in many more all star games.

It's not like this game means anything to him anyways. His team has no realistic shot at the World Series, so being there for him is just about the experience.

if u heard webb he said he would throw in an emergency situation and lincecum was supposed to go before him. this puts the team two guys short.

the end line is this is a disgrace for a young kid. anyone who doesnt think he disrespected the game is clueless.

if the MLB is ok with this then they should basically say hey listen u pay us for the tickets ,and well after we see who gets tanked up and cant make it we will refund ur money accordingly on a prorated basis.

i mean imagine the fans from the giants who flew in to see this kid play and follow him. now yes i know they would have to have no life to follow a guy cross country , but im sure there are people who did it and now he basically smacks them in the face.
