last year i went from winning $30,000 to losing $85,000 in one game.it was the bears and Cardinals game.i had quite a bit on the moneyline and when they were up 17 in the fourth driving 1st and goal or 1st and 10 from the 15 or so.i laid $72,000 to win $3,000 on Pinnacle live thinking they would get another TD and be up 24 with less than 1 quater to play.long story short they ended up settling for a field goal and they were onlty up 20.right then i had a bad feeling.then come the 3 TD's all defensive or special teams and at the end Rackers misses a 42 yarder to win the game.now that is a tough beat.it ruined my whole season and tarnished my NFL experience forever.the total swing of money won to money lost was about $115,000.

wow thats a tough shaft there bro. feel your pain though. picked up about 150K in NFL and 1st few weeks on NCAA hoops only to lose it all plus some the rest of NCAA hoops and the tourny. Need to learn to shut it down once febuary hits as i alays lose in feb and march. i picked up 100K the 1st 3 months of bases only to lose it all back and another 30K since the allstar break. cant catch a break and when i am on a team they lose and if i lay off that team the next few games they win. drives a man sain to see that. and im my loses I was not chasing. juts hit a brick wall where i was hitting 20-25%. took a break and still could not hit a game. ohh by the way i am on the following tonight so feel free to fade away

If this is true you need to quit. Just stop.

In a while see if you want to keep gambling. Be honest with what your goals are? Do you just want the thrill? Are you chasing? Or do you actually want to make money? You need to stay disciplined, set yourself a bankroll, stick to small stakes, and don't deviate. If you can't do that then you will be a loser for life, because the books are praying on people who are in your exact spot... Go huge stakes, lose, and chase... They love it.

sounds good. i know a extremly sharp college hoops guy who use to post here and posts at mj's he goes by the name of "greg" he is as sharp as they come. he plays maybe 10-12 games a year all between the start of the season and the first week of january. he is incredible as issolating small confernce schools and exposing the lines. last year he hit 3 or 4 double digit dogs that won outright. cris has him cut to only 500 a pop. i can still get down 2.5k on cris' overnight, then hit the greek for 2.1k and then 5 dimes for another 2k. i have to wait till the next day to hit cris and the greek for another 5k on the game. (cris and greek use to let me bet 10k the day of the game just as long as i did it 2 hours before tip. DSI cut me off and moved me all the cris). by that time the line has moved 2+ pts but there is still value on his side. i usually will play his games up to 5 pts difference on the line he posts. in most cases the line is widely available the next day at 2-3 pts of his posted line. cris moves the line .5 to 1pt just off his initial play. i have seen it move 2pts off of his play. i also play the unranked home fave over the ranked road dog. i usually will look at strong public road favs that are laying less than 6pts on the road that show the line moving the other way. these all seem to crap out in february though. keep in touch

i have not seen greg post here in about 2 years. mostly all at mj's. its like xmas when i see his posts. i start refreshing my screen at 6pm when cris' overnights come out to see if he has a play. he posts his play once the openers hit. i rush to get the overnight limits in before the line can budge. its like a race with my heart racing and my adrenaline rushing

the one thing i do know about greg through trading emails with him is he hates the publicity his plays brings. he takes it very hard when a play loses only cause he knows he has a HUGE following. he will stop posting once he hits 3 posted loses for the year. when he feels he is getting to much praise or to many people asking for his plays he just stops posting them. sometimes he stops for the year and sometimes he will throw us all a bone again. but i have never seen him post a play past mid january. he did tell me he plays other games besides the one he posts but they dont hit as well as the one he posts. he told me he had no idea why the posted plays hit at such a high rate.

theses guys are a little different.they bet about 100 games per week.it can be a bit of a rolercoaster ride at times,but they always get the cash.the side move 1'-2 points and the totals move 3-5 points right after they play.

total overnights are way to low. u can only get down 250-500 on a overnight. line drops 5 pts by then. the next day you are still limited to 1k per shop. very hard to do damage unless you have numerious outs with numerious accounts.
