Let's talk PPR

Did my first high dollar ppr league last year and got crushed. by the time I figured the strategy out I made a recovey but still became the first one to miss the playoffs. Took a running back in round one, Mike Evans in round 2, and was already dead in the water.


Who you guys targeting this year in PPR? I fully plan on going receiver for the first 3 rounds.

Why? A screen pass that goes 1 yard should not be worth more than a 10 yard catch. Same thing when a RB catches a pass that goes for negative yardage but they still get points.

I prefer standard but also don't mind .5 PPR. I think there are also sophisticated leagues that give a point per reception for first down which makes more sense to me.

full point PPR brings too much variance in - .5 ppr is where it is at.

but unless you are doing an auction - you are still doing It wrong
