The AD's don't seem to have too much of a problem with basketball players missing school during all the conference tourneys and ncaa's. Why all the fuss about football players. They probably have more tutors traveling with the team than trainers.

Maybe if they would add one extra game a year.

If you had OU versus 'Michigan' in one bowl game and LSU versus USC in another they winners play one final game of the year. It should work most years. But here now would be bickering who is number four in the country rather than who is number two and of course, where should that final game be played?
