Well not what i wanted, but still had a winning week going 3-2 for a YTD record of 23-11-1 ( 67% )
5 points from the Leader in the LVH, and tied for 50th !!

Before we head to the midway point of the 2015/16 NFL Season, Let's see what we Learned in Week #7

First i would like to say, I Learned that you can get lucky with a cover of the NYJ .... as ANYTHING can happen in the NFL

We Learned the 49ers do really Suck ... and maybe that's why I bet Under 6.5 wins :)

We Learned that you should Always bet the OVER in these London played games.... ( * think it's like over 90% ) ?

We Learned that there's Life after RGIII

We Might have Learned that the Falcons are running out of Gas .... or was it that it was their first game On GRASS that almost lost them the game ???

We Learned that the Colts don't have it this season .... We also learned that the Lions haven't had it either..

We / I Learned that the Steelers really need Big Ben back ( which happens this week )

We also Learned that the Houston Texans are just about Done !

and at the same time, we Learned that the Miami Dolphins did really need a Coaching change

For Most, we are just Learning just how Good the Carolina Panther really are...

First game up is Tonight, Miami vs. New England
Line opened NE -8, total 51.5

With over 75% on New England .....I'm wondering why the line has mostly stayed steady... even a few -7.5's
Is it because of the New wave Dolphins ???

That can't be because the two teams they have beaten since the Coaching change are a combined 3-10
Can't be Miami defense ... The Pats have faced much better...

I could see if this game was being played in Miami... since the last 5 games they have played each other has been won by the Home team

Maybe it's the Due factor ??? NE due to lose ?? ( Not sure about that )

Anyway... I will be watching the board on this one to see if i can find a wager..

Panthers are a huge surprise for sure! I went to the Training Camp several times and I can assure you I didn't see anything that would lead to this performance, but we still have a ways to go...

some will say they have had a soft schedule ... but they did go into Seattle and beat them at their own game.

I like their chances

I like CLE, Oak and GB so far the most. Other compelling games are the Min/Chi OVER, CHI +1, and Detroit (if the line stays at 4 or 5)

Congrats on staying in hunt for the big prize!

I think you take NE or pass tonight. Miami beat 2 of the worst teams in league and Campbell doesn't have a chance of outcoaching Bill.

We saw what will be the highlight of Kirk Cousins' sorry NFL career on Sunday too.

We see many teams will have new coaches next season...

Not sold on Atlanta or Carolina yet as SB contenders but Panthers are very physical. They should reach out to Niners about trying to get Boldin for Cam to have a 2nd guy to throw to besides Olson.

Chip Kelly should also cut bait with Bradford after season and try to get Kap from Niners. He would be a solid fit for the offense in Philly.

I think the Falcons should be alright, but I rather bet the Over in this one.
Overall Atlanta has owned the Bucs, but I like that TB has scored 30 & 31 in their last 2 games, and the Falcons returning home after 2 on the road, should get back to scoring points

I took the Over @48

Also the line is moving towards Pitt favor, now the favorite at -1.5 ( Big Ben will Start )

WOW, a Woody sighting .... Hope all is well

Yes I was going to bring that up as well...

Want to add that GB & DEN ( at least in the Manning era ) Have the BEST After Bye Record
Which makes it Tough, since they face each other

Rams are getting better, 1) last 3 games RB Gurley is almost healthy, 2) the young OL is improving.
Already had a great D.
On AT, they are fast, fierce, and disruptive on "D" and can win the game with "D" and running game... giving 8pts to SF is not what you think, Rams can hold SF to 6-14 points and score 21-30 to cover. "D" will get 7 points directly on turnover or field position off turnover.

I am looking hard at Pitt as well. At home, Big Ben returns, they are faving a division rival and have a chance to hand them their first loss. But I want to know what kind of lingering effects Big Ben's injury has.

I went with a small 1st half play...

1st Half [#101] MIA DOLPHINS +4½ -110 [ vs NE PATRIOTS]

I agree with these thoughts

Glad this wager was nothing to write home about
Knew Miami was over their head in this one, but thought they would show up in the 1st half.

DET wins SU.

IND +7 might be a gift. Hopefully media keeps bashing IND all week.
