Went 2-3 last week in the Westgate ... not looking good with 8 weeks left, but I will try my best to get a piece of the Pie

Let's get started with what we learned from last weeks Games...

We Learned that even though Big Ben came back to face the Ravens, you need to give him a week or so to re-group before you wager on the Trap Game of the Week.

How about those Cowboys .... When are the Gamblers going to LEARN to ride with this Team each and every week ( 8-0 ATS )* depending on what line you got.
They now face Big Ben and the Steelers ... HUGE Test here for the Cowboys

How about those JETS ... going to start calling the NETS, because they play the same way, Shitty !
I was at the game last week and thought they had it wrapped up... until they allowed a 95 yard kick off return for a TD
Now I know that the LA RAMS have QB problems, but their defense is better than Miami's
* Fritz did not practice for the 2nd day in a row ....

We again Learned ( as I have been saying All season long ) that The GB Packers are No where near what they have been in the past
I know they are dealing with injuries, but they never matched up well last week with the Colts, and they should have.

I've Learned to start believing in the raiders, not only do they win on the Road, But they Win at home and are getting better each week.
There's a New King of the AFC West and their name is the Oakland Raiders
KC is still in the hunt and winning, but they are starting to show that they are a question mark on Finishing.

We also Learned that the NYG are still alive .. and playing well. I just feel they are not Dependable like other teams..
I Had them circled last week to use them, but Didn't.
My mistake, it won't happen again.

Speaking of teams that are Not dependable, The Vikings now fit the bill.
Losing the last 3 in a row.
I wouldn't touch them if they were playing the Jericho High School Team ( it's a local HS team on Long island that once lost 45+ games in a row)

Let's talk about Tonight's Game...

Browns vs. Ravens...
Line opened at anywhere from -9.5 to -10.5
Currently at -7.5

Total opened at 44 and is still at that number

The problem with this game is even though Baltimore is 4-4 and Cleveland 0-9, Ravens are 3-5 ATS and Browns 2-7 ATS
No real edge there ... The Browns have Tried ... they want that Win
and the Ravens haven't really played Lights out ... so the spread is High IMO

But this is the Browns we are talking about and they seem to always find a way to lose.
If I still could get the 10+ I would go Cleveland ... if I can get 7, might go with the Ravens. But Everything points to taking the Browns

I know ... Confusing ... LOL

So I will by pass the spread and look to the Total. But it's only a Lean ( Over 44 )

BOL !

The talented Jacksonville Jaguars wideout will be limited. Hurns left Sunday's loss against the Kansas City Chiefs with a concussion. Hurns remains in the league's concussion protocol but practicing Thursday moves him closer to getting cleared to play Sunday against the Houston Texans.

The Jaguars are quickly entering must-win games halfway through the season despite playing in the AFC South. The Texans squad they face sits in first place at 5-3, and a loss to Houston would put them four wins behind with six more games to go. A divisional title seems to be the only route for Jacksonville to make the playoffs, and perhaps even save coach Gus Bradley's job.

Here are some other injuries we are tracking on Thursday:

1. Buccaneers running back Doug Martin did individual drills in practice Wednesday and said he plans to do more and see how it goes. Martin practiced for the first time since a Week 2 hamstring injury. Wideout Mike Evans passed the concussion protocol and looks set to play Sunday.

2. Dolphins standout receiver Jarvis Landry is sitting out practice after hurting his shoulder Wednesday. Coach Adam Gase told reporters Landry is considered day-to-day with the injury.

3. Packers running back James Starks (knee) will see an increased workload at practice. He missed the last four games with a knee injury. Tight end Jared Cook (ankle) is making progress to return to the lineup.

4. Cowboys safety Barry Church is "still a few weeks away from playing," according to coach Jason Garrett. The surgery Church had on his forearm didn't change his original timeline to return.

5. Panthers offensive tackle Michael Oher (concussion) didn't practice. Linebacker Shaq Thompson (knee) and defensive tackle Vernon Butler (ankle) were limited.

6. Vikings coach Mike Zimmer said the team doesn't know when defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd will return from knee surgery. He's been rehabbing his knee away from the team but is expected to be back with Minnesota on Thursday. Wideout Laquon Treadwell (hamstring) was limited in practice after practicing fully Wednesday. Defensive tackle Linval Joseph (shoulder) didn't participate.

7. Ravens running back Kenneth Dixon (chest) will play against the Browns, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported.

8. Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson missed practice again. Jackson has been dealing with a shoulder injury all year.

9. Giants receiver Victor Cruz (ankle) didn't practice, coach Ben McAdoo said.

10. Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick (knee) was limited. Center Nick Mangold remains in a walking boot with an ankle injury.

My Vikes are nowhere near the tm I 1st thought. Good "D" yes, but not nearly enuff to carry one of the 3 or 4 worst O's in the league. Believe Skins expose their DB's Sun., lay the #!! Love the Radahs, we should have taken Carr. But we also have 1 of the dumbest fucking GM's in the NFL. SB, Boys/Pats, talk about chalk!! The Dallas OL is awesome, if Smith is healthy.

You guys can bet totals in the Westgate? I thought it was only sides. BAS, don't know what to say about tonight other than the under is appealing. Does Cleveland have the O that the Burgh has......NOOOOO. Do they have the D, this hurts but yeah, statically, they're better. I'm doing a teaser tonight and under in this game is in the mix. GL with your plays, and please, pretty please, take me off this damn post review.

Washington Redskins coach Jay Gruden said wide receiver DeSean Jackson (shoulder) is listed as doubtful for Sunday tilt with the Minnesota Vikings.
Jackson missed practice this week coming off of the team's bye week.

A big issue for the wideout is the range of motion in his left shoulder. Gruden said they will test it again Saturday before making a final decision before the game.

Here are some other injuries we are following on Friday:

1. Doug Martin (hamstring) is a game-time decision for Sunday against the Bears. Martin hasn't played since Week 2. Coach Dirk Koetter said Martin did more Friday but has not been cleared to play yet.

2. Steelers wideout Darrius Heyward-Bey (foot) was ruled out, along with running back DeAngelo Williams (knee).

3. Rams running back Todd Gurley (thigh) is questionable to play. He was a full participant after not practicing Wednesday and Thursday.

4. Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick (knee) is questionable for Sunday and is a game-time decision, coach Todd Bowles said. Center Nick Mangold (ankle) is out. Muhammad Wilkerson will play.

5. Falcons running back Tevin Coleman (hamstring), cornerback Desmond Trufant (shoulder) and tight end Jacob Tamme (shoulder) are ruled out.

6. Packers linebacker Clay Matthews (hamstring) was ruled out against the Titans. Coach Mike McCarthy indicated running back James Starks (knee) has a higher likelihood to play than tight end Jared Cook (ankle). "James is very close," McCarthy said, before adding the team will see how Cook is looking on Saturday. Starks is questionable, while Cook is doubtful.

7. Eagles guard Allen Barbre (hamstring) was ruled out. Tight end Brent Celek (ribs) is questionable, as well as defensive tackle Bennie Logan (groin).

8. Panthers center Gino Gradkowski (knee), defensive tackle Vernon Butler (ankle), and linebacker Shaq Thompson are questionable against the Chiefs.

9. Chiefs receiver Jeremy Maclin (groin) was ruled out, coach Andy Reid said. Linebacker Justin Houston (knee) was ruled out.

10. Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib (back) and defensive end Derek Wolfe (elbow) were ruled out against the Saints.

11. Giants receiver Victor Cruz (ankle) didn't practice but is making progress, coach Ben McAdoo said.

12. Texans defensive tackle Vince Wilfork (groin) will be a game-time decision. Wideout Will Fuller (knee) is questionable.

13. Cardinals safety Tyrann Mathieu (shoulder) was ruled out for Sunday.

14. Tony Romo (back) is questionable for Sunday after practicing fully but isn't expected to be inactive for the game. Safety Barry Church (arm) and cornerback Morris Claiborne (groin) will not play.

15. Vikings defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd (knee) and cornerback Marcus Sherels (ankle) were ruled out. Linval Joseph (shoulder) and wideout Laquon Treadwell (hamstring) are questionable.

16. Niners running back Carlos Hyde (shoulder) and wideout Torrey Smith (back) are questionable.

17. Chargers wideout Travis Benjamin(knee) is doubtful. Linebacker Denzel Perryman (hamstring) as ruled out. Tight end Hunter Henry (knee) is questionable, as well as wideout Tyrell Williams (knee).

18. Titans running back Derrick Henry (calf) was a full participant after not practicing earlier this week and will play. Running back DeMarco Murray (toe) is also off the Titans' injury report.

19. Patriots tight end Martellus Bennett (ankle), wideouts Julian Edelman (foot) and Chris Hogan (back) are questionable.

20. Wideout Jarvis Landry (shoulder) was limited in practice for the Dolphins and is questionable for Sunday against the Chargers.

21. Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor (groin) is off the injury report and "is ready to go," coach Pete Carroll said. In addition, Carroll said tight end Luke Willson (knee) is in "a great position" to play against the Patriots. He is officially listed as questionable. Running back Thomas Rawls (fibula) was ruled out, while fellow tailback Christine Michael (hamstring) is listed as questionable.

Elliot Harrison went 11-2 on his predictions for Week 9, giving him a record of 86-45-2 thus far this season. How will he fare in Week 10? His picks are below:

Sunday 1 PM ET CBS 23 16
You know, people have talked and talked and talked and talked about the NFL TV ratings being down this year. But now that the election is over, I think fans across this great blue/red nation of ours are geeked out of their minds for some Texans-Jags!!

Actually, this really is a very important game, with major AFC South implications. Houston can put a stranglehold on the South with a win, moving to 3-0 in the division. One small issue: The Texans are 0-3 on the road this season, with Brock Lobster posting some distasteful figures away from NRG Stadium (4.12 yards per attempt, 58.9 passer rating). Jacksonville, on the other hand, might be playing for the current regime's job security. The Jags inexplicably have been outscored by 85 points through the first three quarters of games this year, while they're plus-23 in the fourth quarter. Actually, I'll explain it in fancy terms: GAR-bazzzhhhh time. #HOUvsJAX

Sunday 1 PM ET CBS 29 26
Denver's offense will come to play this weekend. I trust Gary Kubiak to make the proper adjustments against a defense that struggles early and often. This Saints group just allowed Colin Kaepernick to throw for 398 yards and post a 102.3 passer rating. Trevor Siemian has shown flashes (though not last week) of being more than a mere bus driver for the defense-centric Broncos. Rookie RB Devontae Booker has yet to come close to being an RB1, averaging 2.6 yards per carry in his two starts for Denver. (Even Ronnie Hillman is offended by that figure.) I'd love to see Aqib Talib on Saints rookie receiver Michael Thomas, but a back injury might sideline the veteran corner for a third straight week. Drew Brees gets the ball out faster than Derek Carr, so this should be a helluva match between a great offense and a stout defense. Strength on strength. #DENvsNO

Sunday 1 PM ET FOX 20 17
Always will remember Rams- Jets as the matchup that saw Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson truly introduce himself to the NFL. He and his glorious Jheri curl took a handoff off the left side and ripped off an 85-yard score. It was awesome. The dude ran even more upright than Todd Gurley, who has found as many holes this season as Ryan Fitzpatrick has supporters at Jets sports bars. Do dudes with Al Toon jerseys howl for Bryce Petty? Because one gets the feeling the Jets really don't want to play the second-year man outta Baylor. On the other side of this deal lies Case Keenum, with a New York secondary ripe for the picking. (It's a positive idiom, folks -- not talkin' Keenum interceptions here.) Kenny Britt vs. Buster Skrine whets the football appetite, doesn't it? Maybe not. #LAvsNYJ

Sunday 1 PM ET FOX 29 24
The Birds of Prey Battle goes down in Philadelphia this weekend. Oh wait, the Bird of Prey is from "Star Trek." You see, originally it was a Romulan ship that ... Wait! Don't go to the next blurb! I lost you. Come back! You see, the Eagles are like the Romulans in that they are not the main concern of the Federation (the first-place Cowboys). That was always the ugly Klingons, who, of course, are the Giants in this scenario. True in the NFC East, too. Unless ... Can Carson Wentz can match Matt Ryan in vertical plays sans the negative plays? Wentz finally hit a few deep balls in New York after throwing 30-something 5-yard ins and none-yard outs against the Cowboys the previous Sunday night. Key matchup: Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman (if he's a go) vs. Jordan Hicks and the rest of the Eagles LB crew. #ATLvsPHI

Sunday 1 PM ET CBS 23 21
The Chiefs should get both Alex Smith and Spencer Ware back this week, which is wonderful for #ChiefsKingdom. (Yes, that's a thing.) After all, Kansas City beat the Jags last week with the nucleus of an 0-13 fantasy team. Meanwhile, Cam Newton went to the Commissioner with his complaints about a low hit from the Cardinals. His reward? Two headshots from the Rams. How will the refs call the game if the Chiefs' pass rush can get pressure on him? Hurries are important -- and underrated, in terms of analytics. My sense is that this is a Jonathan Stewart game. If he goes off, Panthers win. If not ... #KCvsCAR

Sunday 1 PM ET FOX 30 20
Last we saw Jay Cutler, he was making quality throws, moving around the pocket briskly and leading the Bears to their biggest win of the season. Can he be as effective against the Bucs? Tampa has allowed quarterbacks 513 (Derek Carr) and 344 (Matt Ryan) passing yards over the last two weeks. Yuck. The passer ratings in those games? 117.4, followed by 144.7. ( 144.7!!!) Can Jameis Winston keep pace if Cutler and -- especially -- Alshon Jeffery get rollin'? Winston's cut down on his picks, but Chicago has allowed just 53 points over the last three games. #CHIvsTB

Sunday 1 PM ET FOX 24 22
Another of Week 10's challenging matchups to decode. The Vikings' offense showed signs of life in the second half versus the Lions after sputtering its way through the first couple of quarters under Pat Shurmur. How will Sam Bradford fare without the benefit of the home crowd? The Stefon Diggs- Josh Norman matchup is intriguing, given that Diggs has caught 5 billion none-yard outs and 5-yard ins, and Norman certainly has the loving attention of the officials. Thinking Norman wins that battle, which means the likes of Adam Thielen and Kyle Rudolph are going to have to win this deal for Minnesota. (Or Matt Asiata?) The other key is how much time the Redskins' offensive line -- sans Trent Williams -- provides Kirk Cousins. Everson Griffen often plays like a man possessed (see: the Week 8 game footage). #MINvsWAS

Sunday 1 PM ET FOX 28 20
The Packers' run defense has been stout all season -- well, minus getting road-graded by the Cowboys a few weeks back. How will the unit fare against DeMarco Murray -- and potentially a hope-he-stays-out-of-harms-way-in-pregame-warmups Derrick Henry? Tennessee struggled to unwind Murray on those north-south runs he thrives on out of the dot last week. It's strength on strength, as Green Bay still boasts the top run defense in the league, while the Titans' rushing offense has been top-shelf, as well (144.2 rush yards per game, third in the NFL). Think Aaron Rodgers will take advantage of this Tennessee secondary, provided he has time to throw. He leads the league in touchdown throws on third down. The Titans' offense on third down? A 47.9 conversion rate, third-best in the NFL. But that's with the strong ground game. Don't count on Marcus Mariota routinely winning third-and-8s. #GBvsTEN

Sunday 4:05 PM ET CBS 27 24 (OT)
It's damn near impossible to think about this matchup without harkening back to a top-five game in NFL history: the 1981 AFC divisional playoff bout. If you are not familiar, Chargers at Dolphins was an all-timer. It featured overtime, a Hall of Fame tight end catching 13 balls and also blocking a game-winning field-goal attempt, a hook-and-lateral to Tony Nathan to help Miami come back from a 24-0 first-quarter deficit and way more than I can cover in this brief blurb. How well the modern-day Chargers cover Sunday could be the deciding factor, as the run defense has been stout in recent weeks against the likes of DeMarco Murray, Devontae Booker, Devonta Freeman and C.J. Anderson. Ryan Tannehill can't provide San Diego with three turnovers à la Marcus Mariota. #MIAvsSD

Sunday 4:25 PM ET FOX 34 10
On Wednesday's episode of "NFL Fantasy Live," I was asked to provide a fantasy projection for Colin Kaepernick. Eight-point-two. That's the best that I can do. The best that you can do, the best that you can do, is fall in love ... with the Cardinals' defense. Even sans Tyrann Mathieu, I think we will see a product closer to that Sunday night knuckleball against the Seahawks than the subpar performance in Carolina. Anticipate David Johnson getting a serious workload early and often Sunday in Arizona. The 49ers should be well-prepared, as the defense watched the Saints run for 248 yards last week. Avert your eyes, NaVorro Bowman. We want you to get well. #SFvsAZ

Sunday 4:25 PM ET FOX 28 24
These two franchises have faced each other in three Super Bowls ( X, XIII, and XXX), while their recent history has been stellar, too. In 2004, Ben Roethlisberger delivered in the fourth quarter, besting the Parcells-led Cowboys as a rookie. The Steelers prevailed again in 2008 when Deshea Townsend pick-sixed Tony Romo late. That close call came en route to the Steelers' sixth Super Bowl title. In 2012, Romo played lights-out in an OT win at JerryWorld. I am having a hard time going against Dak Prescott and a balanced attack versus Pittsburgh's 24th-ranked defense ( 13th in scoring, though). That said, Le'Veon Bell must be tired of hearing about how lovely Ezekiel Elliott is. The key matchup? Big Ben vs. a depleted Dallas secondary. #DALvsPIT

Sunday 8:30 PM ET NBC 30 20
Supposedly the Patriots didn't have full-time plans for Jamie Collins. OK, cool. So who performs his various duties now that he's in Cleveland? Who is going to check Jimmy Graham, or occasionally rush the passer in his stead? The reason I ask is because Graham is heating up, while Russell Wilson still seems not as mobile as we're used to. I trust New England here, though. The Pats, after all, are 96-24 in Weeks 9-16 since 2001. Good grief. Before we get too far from the Collins trade ... Do you think Bill Belichick offered Malcolm Butler in a trade with the Seahawks? That's just mean. #SEAvsNE

Monday 8:30 PM ET ESPN 34 24
To put it bluntly, this is the Bengals' season. So Adam Jones and the rest of the secondary must be on point. Dre Kirkpatrick will have to win his one-on-one battles, especially if the Giants move Odell Beckham Jr. around to get him loose. The attention the Eagles paid to OBJ last week allowed Sterling Shepard and crew to get going. Somewhat under the radar, New York's defense has acquitted itself well this year. Andy Dalton can't hold the ball for 18 seconds looking for 18 downfield. Despite the Bengals' (regular-season) success during Dalton's career, in prime-time games, the Red Rifle has fired as accurately as Dick Cheney. #CINvsNYG

[h=3]THURSDAY NIGHT'S GAME[/h]
Thursday 8:25 PM ET NFL NETWORK 25 17
The Browns might win this game. Don't laugh that away. No cackling, either, numbnuts. I realize Cleveland got run over by Zeke and the fellas last Sunday, but Baltimore couldn't buy a 2-yard run versus the Steelers. So don't look for Kenneth Dixon to put up two hundy on "Thursday Night Football." In theory, Jamie Collins has enjoyed additional time to pick up the Browns' defense, albeit in a short week. That said, the second-ranked Ravens defense will prevail easily if Cleveland can't get Isaiah Crowell rolling (17 carries for 33 yards combined the last two weeks). Somebody besides Terrelle Pryor has to help out Cody Kessler. Barnyard Dog, where art thou? (Unscoring for my fantasy team.)

Side note: You have my pick for Thursday night, but be sure to make yours, as well. Go to NFL.com/budlight to vote for "Which Can will Win" or use #BrownsCan or #RavensCan on Twitter.

[h=1]Patriots active running back Dion Lewis off PUP list[/h]
Coming back from two knee surgeries, scatback Dion Lewis is an intriguing wildcard for the New England Patriots offense in the second half of the season.

Lewis returned to practice in late October and was activated off the PUP list Saturday for Sunday's showdown with the Seattle Seahawks, per the league's transaction wire.

The question on the minds of Patriots fans is whether Lewis will recapture the ultra-elusive form he flashed early last season before tearing his ACL in early November.
His performance in this week's practices provides plenty of reason for optimism.

Patriots teammates have been "giddy" about Lewis' return, per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

"He's nasty in the open field," starting running back LeGarrette Blount told Garafolo. "It doesn't make any sense."

Lewis has been so electric in the open field that Blount described him as an unfair matchup for opposing safeties.

Don't expect Lewis to immediately replace James White as Tom Brady's sidecar in spread-attack formations just yet. Although Garafolo senses that Lewis is making a case to play Sunday night, the expectation is that it would be in a limited role as he's eased back into the backfield rotation.

Last year at this time, Lewis was the first domino to fall as attrition took its toll on the Patriots' aura of invincibility.

Might it be the opposite story this time around?

In addition to Lewis' return, tight end Martellus Bennett is getting over a nagging ankle injury and Julian Edelman is finally rounding into 2015 form after offseason foot surgery.

The NFL's best team is growing stronger in the lead up to Sunday night's Super Bowl XLIX rematch.

[h=1]Steelers activate TE Ladarius Green off PUP list[/h]
It's been a five-month saga, but with the weekend finally came the good news: Ladarius Green has been activated by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The team announced Green's activation on Saturday. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that the tight end will play Sunday against the Cowboys.

Signed as a free agent to a four-year, $20 million contract in the offseason, the rangy tight end has spent the entire season on the physically unable to perform list due to what was listed as an ankle injury, though NFL Network's Aditi Kinkhabwala reported the cause was instead headaches.

Green began practicing with the Steelers on Oct. 25, saying everything was "progressing." A week later, Mike Tomlin was raving in a Tuesday press conference, saying Green "had a really good week last week." Evidently, Green has progressed enough in two and a half weeks to make his debut in the black and gold.

The Steelers will welcome Green into their offense that has had to rely on a variety of pass-catching targets for much of the season due to injuries and suspensions.

Jesse James is listed at the Steelers' No. 1 tight end, but there's a reason Pittsburgh spent $20 million on Green. We expect to see that explained in the coming weeks, though it's likely the Steelers will gradually work Green into the offense.

Bryce Petty will get his first career NFL start at quarterback Sunday for the New York Jets.

On NFL GameDay Morning, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that that Petty will start -- something Jets players believed earlier this week based on how starter Ryan Fitzpatrick looked in practice. Fitzpatrick, who has been nursing a knee injury, could be active Sunday based on how he looks in pregame warmups, Rapoport added.

Petty, a 2015 fourth-round pick, scrambled to keep a roster spot this preseason with the team already planning to keep three other quarterbacks.

Fitzpatrick has been dealing with a knee sprain suffered last week in a loss to the Dolphins. He was listed as questionable on Friday and participated on a limited basis in practice all week.

Bowles said earlier this week that he did not have a quarterback controversy, though Fitzpatrick's injury could provide him a prime opportunity to see the 25-year-old quarterback in action against a talented Rams defense.

Bowles previously said this season that he would not bench Fitzpatrick before handing the baton to Geno Smith.

With Petty starting, his performance could go a long way toward deciding how the Jets will look at quarterback next season. At the moment, many expect the team to roll with Petty and second-round pick Christian Hackenberg in 2017.

I`m just venting....But what stands out is this horrible Jacksonville team is -2.5 over the Texans today.

Texans are no world beaters but they are 100 times better then this crap team no matter where the game is played.

Money Now coming into Philly & the RAMS

The Phila game had opened Eagles Favorite , money poured in to the Falcons all week... but now it's going to the Home team

RAMS money is coming in because of Petty starting ... IMHO, I think this is an Upgrade to Fritz

Agree GB's ... it's also the reason why I stayed away from this pick in the Westgate... could have took Jags +1.5, now -2.5 .. a lot of Value for the Contest
I usually jump on those, but I feel Something is wrong.

I will Note that the Jags are 6-1 ATS after a Bye since 2010
