Injuries to the Giants...

New York Giants & #8207;@Giants 40m40 minutes ago

NYG Injury List: (OUT) Safety Berhe, OT Newhouse, DT Thomas, Safety D. Thompson (Doubtful) CB Apple (Que) RB Jennings, CB Rodgers-Cromartie

That's our starting RB, starting RT, both starting safeties, both starting corners.

Now Newhouse out isn't a huge deal because he was a terrible RT. Hart is an upgrade.

The Giants are generally TERRIBLE on prime time TV. Eli is horrific against the Vikings, dating back to.. forever. Eli has more pick 6's against the Vikings than any other team. The Giants can't run the football, the OL is somewhat suspect and the Vikings destroyed Cam and the Panthers OL for 8 sacks. Eli does get the ball out fast and doesn't hold onto it too long but still.

We are coming off a tough divisional loss and we are beat up to say the least. I'm not sure why the public isn't 70/30 for the 3-0 Vikings :think2:

We do know Sam Bradford pretty well from his time in the NFC East but I can't understand this line. Especially considering most people don't think the Giants are a good team.

Everyone I have spoken with is on the Vikes. I am pretty surprised that there are some on the NYG right now.

I know isn't that strange? Especially considering the public does not think the Giants are a good team... all the injuries. Away against an opponent we play terrible against.

This is the weekend of upsets: Raiders, Rams, Bills, Falcons, Bears, Saints... so why not the Giants?

I think ODB will have a huge game and will score couple TDs. Even with the injuries, the D is good enough against the worst ranked offense in the league. It's only a matter of time before Bradford reverts back to the scared turnover prone QB he's been his entire career.

Plus Giants seem pretty hopeful that Jennings and Cromartie will play. I got +4.5 in Vegas and feel good about it.

Jennings is out but Darkwa and the rookie Perkins can carry the load I'm not worried about that.

I also think Odell explodes this game but I also have been expecting that all season and last week, and the week before that since he still has yet to score a TD(albeit he dropped 2 TD's this season)

I'm with you on why not the Giants but the public or squares normally don't share that line of thinking.

I don't understand this line except the Vikings are beat up as well and coming off a huge road win so maybe a let down is in order. However, I don't think Zimmer will let that happen. I'm on the Vikes.
